Delete your Liga Points account
You can request deletion without signing in. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
How to request deletion

Email us from the address connected to your Liga Points account.

Use the subject “Liga Points Account Deletion Request” and include your account email and display name.

Complete any reasonable ownership-verification step we send you. Never include your password.

We will confirm the scope of deletion and tell you when the request has been completed.
If the button does not open your email app, write to support@ligapoints.com.
What is deleted
- Account access and profile information
- Uploaded profile media where applicable
- Personal wallet access, active claims, and account-linked preferences
- Other account-linked personal data that is not required to be retained
Limited retention
We may retain or de-identify limited competition, points, reward, fraud-prevention, safety, or legal records when necessary. This can include records needed to preserve completed tournament results or prevent duplicate reward claims. Any retained personal information remains protected and is not kept longer than necessary for that purpose.
Before you delete
Account deletion is permanent. You may lose remaining LP or TP access, unclaimed rewards, team memberships, match history, and access to organizer tools. Download or record anything you need before submitting your request.
